    • CAN network robustness and validation
    • USB compliance and interoperability
    • Ethernet performance and signal integrity
  • Oversee system integration, bring-up, and validation for complex multi-domain systems
  • Define comprehensive validation strategies including EMC, environmental, and system-level testing
  • Lead resolution of critical technical issues using structured root cause methodologies (8D, 5-Why)
  • Partner with software, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless system integration and production launch
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation into product roadmaps
  • Provide technical oversight across multiple programs, identifying risks and ensuring successful execution
  • Lead design reviews and provide expert-level guidance across programs
  • Guide engineering change strategy and product evolution across lifecycle phases
  • Mentor senior and junior engineers, elevating team capability in key technical domains
  • Support RFQ efforts with architecture definition, cost / performance tradeoffs, and engineering estimates
  • Act as a senior technical interface for customers, supporting design reviews, issue resolution, and system validation
  • Provide leadership in complex field investigations and customer-critical issues
