In this role, you will design, build, and execute tests that validate the functionality, reliability, and safety of electronic components, circuits, and embedded systems. You’ll investigate failures, create automated test solutions, and collaborate closely with cross functional design teams to ensure every product meets the highest standards.

- Develop Comprehensive Test Strategies: Create and maintain test plans, procedures, and methodologies for component, board, and system-level validation.
- Design and Develop Test Equipment: Design and build custom test fixtures and automated test equipment (ATE).
- Test Planning and Execution: Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of tests to validate manufacturing processes and products.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Investigate hardware, firmware, or assembly failures to determine root causes.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, Procurement, Product Management, and Quality Assurance, to ensure the seamless integration of test solutions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test data and generate detailed reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test processes, methodologies, and equipment.
- Compliance: Ensure all test strategies and equipment comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
