HED Awarded Manitowoc Supplier of the Year

HED is proud to be awarded Manitowoc Crane’s 2012 “Best Supplier for Quality” award from the Shady Grove, PA facility. The award was presented at Manitowoc’s recent supplier conference at the Company’s headquarters in Manitowoc, WI. This award was based on achieving excellence in the following criteria:

·         Quality & Reliability
·         Delivery
·         Proactive communications
·         Issue resolution
·         Continuous improvement
 
In presenting the award to HED, Larry Weyers, Executive VP of Manitowoc Cranes Americas, made the following comments, “This Supplier repeatedly provides Manitowoc with outstanding customer support.  In fact, their field engineer is onsite with us most of the time for things such as training, troubleshooting, etc. Their delivery is 100% on time. They are highly responsive, and always follow up immediately to ensure customer satisfaction, even for minor issues. And clearly they have proven to us that continuous improvement is a way of life in their business. I would like to congratulate HED for winning Manitowoc’s 2012 award for SUPPLIER QUALITY – Shady Grove.”
