Located in Hartford, Wisconsin, USA, HED was incorporated in 1986 as a family-owned, privately held company dedicated to electronic control solutions for mobile equipment OEMs.

We continue that tradition today by developing intelligent vehicle control systems for a wide range of commercial vehicles and off-highway mobile applications.
